Component 3: Developing waste diversion/resource recovery capacity for GHG and U-POPs reduction
This component addresses several priority chemicals waste and U-POPs release issues associated with waste management generally along with potential GHG release reduction and avoidance.
The project results as outlined in the project results framework will be monitored annually and evaluated periodically during project implementation to ensure the project effectively achieves these results. Project-level monitoring and evaluation will be undertaken in compliance with UNDP requirements .
